Our company carried out a complex of works to performexploited terraces in the"Comfort Town" housing estate. The waterproofing of terraces are hidden under the outer layers of the “pie”, and because of it maximally protected against mechanical damages and high temperatures, which greatly increase the service life of ruberoid. In spite of the large number of terraces in every house,waterproofing workscarried out parallel by different brigades, and the absence of problems with "related contractors" allowed us to perform all the worksvery quickly and accurately. Places where the flat roof joined with parapets, pitched roof areas, air ducts, etc. perfectly executed because they were installed in the correct sequence and under the strict supervision of our engineers.
