Laboratory building was covered bythe metal tile before the repair. Due to the unreliable metal tile technology (through-holesduring mounting, performing "overlap"), the roof has been already startedleakingin one year. It was decided completely change the roof covering, using TPO-membrane as a topcoat. This is one of the few pitched roof, made by such technology.
We made the disassembling of metal, the performedsubstructure, base from OSB panels, mountedTPO-membrane, parapets ledges and flashings. For the topcoat was used premium TPO-membrane, with a guaranteed service life 20 years. There were large number of intercrossedslopes, valleys and parapets that made works greatly complicated.But all it did notbecome an obstacle for qualitative and fast execution of works by our specialists.
