Reconstruction of the roof of a residential building. Replacing the old standing seam roof with partial replacement of rafters and insulation.
Our company performed works on dismantling, strengthening the rafter part, replacing the lathing and installing a new standing seam roof of an operated residential building. The work was carried out by grips, with the use of all precautions to prevent leakage into the apartments. Due to the impossibility of using a crane, all materials on the roof were fed and lowered manually.
There was used the standing seam technology, which made it possible to preserve the classic "old Kiev" roofing style. The ventilation ducts are covered with standing seam panels, hidden and wall-mounted gutters and security systems are installed along the roof.
