Description:
The concept of "Novus" shopping center has been modified to fit into general idea of "Comfort Town" housing estate. The architect used two types of roofs and thanks to it made a unique building. From the first view it looks as simple building but different levels of the roof change it. Our experts were able to realize the designer’s idea and made it better by developing optimal engineering solutions.
We made both of roofing - flat and sloped. Having specialists of both professions allowed us to avoid problems with related contractors, to reduce the number of approvals, which had a positive impact for the work time, the quality and the work costs.
